First pictures

They're not that great, but I didn't want to stand out too much since most of the tourists had packed up and moved to the next city for the day.

Rathaus

This is the town hall and it's about a 10 minute walk from my apartment. It was built in the early 1600's but it was burnt to a crisp during WWII and restored over the years since then.

Notice how the whole right side of the pavement is sectioned off? That's the bike lane. It's a real lane. It's up higher than the cars and bikes can pass into where the pedestrians walk if they need to, but other than that, it's just bikes in that lane. This makes life much easier for bikes in that they don't have to worry about being run over all the time.

Also notice that it's a hill? Yes...yes it is. I'm definitely getting my walking in.
